Terms of Service

Future Legends Medical Academy is the customer-facing brand of Future Legends Medical Academy LLC (“we,” “us,” the “Company”). These Terms govern your use of our website, programs, digital products, and community.

Everything we sell is educational guidance, structure, and coaching. We are not an admissions consultancy, we are not affiliated with any admissions committee, medical school, or testing organization, and nothing we provide is medical, legal, or financial advice.

We make no guarantee of admission to any medical school or program, and no guarantee of any GPA, MCAT score, scholarship, internship, research placement, employment, or career outcome. Results depend on your own work and on factors outside our control.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. You may not share login credentials, resell or redistribute our materials, scrape the service, harass other members, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Members under 18 must join with a parent or legal guardian on the account. The guardian authorizes the account, approves and makes any purchase, and accepts these Terms on the student’s behalf. Every community post is reviewed before it appears, and members 18 or under need verified guardian approval before they can post.

By purchasing on behalf of a student, a parent or guardian represents that they have authority to do so, authorizes recurring billing where applicable, and agrees to receive service and billing communications at the email provided.

Your membership renews automatically at the price and interval you choose ($14.99 monthly or $149 annually) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page — no email required. Cancelling stops all future charges and keeps your access open until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded. Consultations are separate purchases and are not included in membership.

Membership includes:

• A focused pre-med topic each month, with member videos — starting October 2026
• The Future Legends newsletter every two weeks — first issue October 2026
• Member community
• Interactive tools added periodically, shaped by community needs

Membership does not include:

• Consultations and any one-to-one time with a physician
• MCAT courses or test preparation
• Medical-school application or personal-statement review
• Anything labeled as a separate purchase

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Partial periods are not refunded.

Individually purchased digital tools are non-refundable once opened. Membership refunds are handled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Community spaces are moderated. Harassment, discrimination, doxxing, spam, solicitation, academic dishonesty, and sharing of paid materials are prohibited. We may remove content or members at our discretion.

Member sessions may be recorded. If a session is recorded, we say so at the start, and by continuing to attend with camera or microphone enabled you consent to being recorded. You may always participate with camera and microphone off. Sessions that include students under 18, and sessions delivered for schools or programs, are not recorded. You may not record, copy, or redistribute our sessions.

All course materials, tools, templates, videos, and written content are owned by the Company and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, for as long as your access lasts. Individually purchased tools may provide permanent personal access when expressly stated.

We rely on third-party providers including Stripe for payments and our hosting, authentication, and database providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
