Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your membership renews automatically at the price and interval you choose ($14.99 monthly or $149 annually) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page — no email required. Cancelling stops all future charges and keeps your access open until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded. Consultations are separate purchases and are not included in membership.

Cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — it is not immediate, because you keep the access you have already paid for. No further charges are made after you cancel.

Partial periods are not refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have not used the membership during that period, we may refund that most recent charge at our discretion.

Contact us if a charge looks wrong and we will look at it.

Individually purchased digital tools are non-refundable once opened, because access is granted immediately. If a tool does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

Consultations are separate one-time purchases and are not part of membership. Reschedule at least 24 hours before the booked time. Missed calls are not refunded.

If a refund or chargeback is issued, the related access is revoked.

Anything you purchased individually stays yours. Membership material is available while your membership is active.
