Your membership renews automatically at the price and interval you choose ($14.99 monthly or $149 annually) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page — no email required. Cancelling stops all future charges and keeps your access open until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded. Consultations are separate purchases and are not included in membership.

Tools bought on their own are non-refundable once opened, because access is granted immediately. If one does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it or refund it.
